The current COVID-19 crisis has resulted in a new norm of virtual workshops. Although we’ll miss the energy of being together as a group, we can still talk to one another in a virtual workshop, but from the comfort of our homes instead. This virtual visit will take place over four 1 ½ hour informative, empowering and fun sessions.
During the first three sessions we’ll talk about the reality of being a cancer survivor, validating the toll this difficult journey takes on your mental health. Topics discussed will include; anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, family responsibilities, lifestyle changes and general stress. As we are in the midst of a pandemic, coping with COVID-19 and all of the challenges it presents for a cancer survivor, will also be on the agenda. The fourth session will be a special evening of sharing during a round table discussion.
Please join us on Zoom for these lively and informative, virtual education sessions.
Workshop capacity is limited to 20 participants per session.
