I am honoured to introduce myself as the new Executive Director of the Compassion House Foundation. Stepping into this role has reinforced for me what so many already know: Sorrentino’s Compassion House is a remarkable place, providing support that is both deeply human and thoughtfully delivered.
Every day, this organization supports women as they navigate cancer treatment, offering a comfortable home-away-from home and a sense of belonging during an incredibly challenging time in their lives. I have been struck by the commitment of our staff, the strength and wisdom of our Board, and the generosity of donors and partners who believe in this work.
As Executive Director, my focus is on supporting what already works well while strengthening the organization for the future, ensuring the Compassion House Foundation remains sustainable, responsive, and rooted in its mission. I am excited to build strong relationships, listen closely, and work collaboratively to support the women and the communities we serve.
